Dynamic Defense is an integral and evolving self-defense system that enriches the practitioner in a simple, direct and progressive way.
Designed by and for professionals of the sector, although easily adaptable to any practitioner, the system poses different stages of behavior. Focusing each one of them in a concrete approach within the combat, it is required by the student the understanding and exposure of these learning phases to assimilate each level.
If you decide and want to train with us, you will have the opportunity to start your learning under the personalized supervision of one of the components of the Dynamic Defense team.
You will receive specific instruction according to your level from the first moment, regardless of your age, sex or physical condition. You will learn the necessary technique to start or continue your way in closed combat, and to be able to operate in any possible action plane, both in standing combat and on the ground. You will participate in the analysis of the possible transitions that may exist between one and the other, and you will learn how to connect that knowledge to your muscular memory and thus be more efficient in the broad field of personal defense.
